Welcome to the official website for Foxfield at Naamans Creek (FFNC). Conveniently located off of Naamans Creek Road in suburban Garnet Valley, PA, and just one mile from the Delaware state line. It is one of the Delaware County’s elite 55+ communities (One permanent resident must be 55+. No one under 19 years old can be living in the home). Since groundbreaking in 2004, our tree lined, manicured community consists of 233 Single Homes, 155 Carriage Homes (one level townhouse style) and 126 Villas (condominium style units). Our residents enjoy a wide range of social activities (Friday night socials, lunches, covered dish potlucks and special performances). The community is managed by two homeowners associations. The Foxfield at Naaman's Creek Home Owners Association (Foxfield HOA or FFNC) manages the common areas of the community and the single and carriage homes. The Foxfield Villas HOA manages the Villas five (5) buildings and surrounding driveways and landscape. The Villas HOA is a sub-association of the Foxfield community.
