Welcome to the official website for Foxfield at Naamans Creek (FFNC).  We are conveniently located off of Naamans Creek Road in suburban Garnet Valley, PA, and just one mile from the Delaware state line. Since groundbreaking in 2004, we have been one of the Delaware County's elite 55+ communities (one permanent resident must be 55 and no one under 19 years old can be living in the home). Our tree lined, manicured community consists of 233 Single Homes, 155 Carriage Homes (one level townhouse style) and 126 Villas (condominium style units).  Our residents enjoy a wide range of social and travel activities (Friday night socials, lunches, covered dish potlucks, special performances and many others). They also participate in activities at the common area amenities.

The Board of Directors (BOD), elected by the residents annually, has authorized several committees to increase the quality of life for the Foxfield community. These all-volunteer committees can be grouped into two basic concepts, social and leisure and facility support. There are also many activities organized, and run by resident volunteers such as card games, pickle ball, bocce, golf.

The Social and Leisure grouping consists of the Social, Travel, Golf, Block Representatives, and Library. The Infrastructure Support grouping consists of Architectural, Landscaping, Clubhouse and Golf. Details of the overall function of each committee are available using the links provided in the organizational listing on left side of this page.

The all-volunteer aspect provides residents with an awareness of the value of Foxfield, and the maintenance of high resale potential. Most important, it provides opportunities for residents to meet and enjoy their community in a comfortable and congenial lifestyle. It also provides, in conjunction with the Property Manager and the BOD, timely and dedicated review of repairs and services needed.

Monetarily, it saves many expenses such as a Social Director, Facility Oversight Coordinator, and or beautification and repair efforts to name a few.
